JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with in house engineers to create statements of work for equipment and sub contract packages.
Support existing procurement department with expediting workflow.
Compile and present reports for packages.
Maintain and report on material status reports.
Lead & prepare investment project budgets, forecast & variance analysis.
Work as a liaison between Finance group & Project Office PMs
Support Project Managers & Finance with asset management, including investment budgets.
Provide support for Project Management Office / CAPEX Procurement and Project controls for small $1MM TIC to medium $30MM TIC size client an CAPEX projects in a multi project environment for multiple clients.
Create / monitor and maintain P6 schedules for multiple projects.
Develop & implement financial reports for stakeholders, ensuring reliability on data.
Develop standard work processes.
Prepare & deliver timely, well-organized & informative financial data.
Develop, document, implement & continuously improve cost / schedule controlling tools.
Estimating for TIC.
Ensure proper investment project cash flow management.
Ensure proper investment project capitalization application & compliance.
Review & approve investment purchase requisitions.
Perform assigned month end processes & monthly reporting.
Provide support, assistance & back up to & with financial processes & audits.
Provide accurate and timely ad hoc reporting, including creating, developing, presenting & improving reports.
Participate in & support project work related to finance.
Support Systematic problem solving or deep dive when cost challenges appear.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S. Degree preferred
Project Controls experience including cost control and scheduling preferably in Primavera P6.
Procurement experience in creating, posting and monitoring / expediting equipment and sub-contract PO"s.
