Dee Cramer is a full service HVAC/Sheet Metal Construction & Service firm located in Holly, Michigan. Our capabilities include engineering, CAD coordination and design, 4D CAD and BIM, automated HVAC sheet metal fabrication, field installation and maintenance/emergency service for clients.

This internship will support initiatives across the BIM, Sales, Estimating, and Project Management divisions. The intern will rotate around various departments within Operations to learn how a project is executed from a bid to project close-out.
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuit of a bachelor's in HVACR or Mechanical Engineering
- Must be graduating between December 2025 and July 2027
- Able to work full time (30-40 hours/week), Monday - Friday at our corporate headquarters in Holly, MI
Preferred qualifications:
- Revit experience
- HVAC experience
Internship dates:
This position has a planned start date of May/June 2025 and will conclude August 2025.
