As an Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving incoming product from shipping/receiving area. Maintaining constant flow of jobs for Receiving Inspection, creating data packs for incoming inventory, and requesting certification from buyers. Data entry and clerical experience are an integral part of this role.

• Kit and route part to various buildings.

• Transfer materials to other projects and various locations.

• Manage COMMON inventory.

• Move chemicals, solvents & adhesives to the chemical building by shipping.

• Cycle count parts.

• Stock checks.

• Forklift and pallet jack capabilities.

• Basic receiving of materials against purchase orders.

• Receiving of Customer & Government Owned materials.

• Process RMA’s.

• Open boxes and count parts.

• De-trash parts.

• Process explosive receipts.

• Flexibility to work some if needed overtime.

• Detail-oriented environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Basic GD&T/Blueprint reading.

• Effective communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to review, process and organize various types of information.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma, college-level business courses is a plus.

• 2-5 years related experience – manufacturing and or clerical.

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20lbs up to 50lbs.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

The pay range for this position is $19.67-$36.52 hourly. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
