We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in the service industry, based in Holland, Ohio. The role involves handling B2B collections, commercial collections, and collections management in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle B2B collections, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process

• Manage commercial collections, maintaining up-to-date records and reports

• Oversee collections management, implementing strategies to improve processes and procedures

• Provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced call center setting

• Manage high volume of customer inquiries, resolving them in a timely and effective manner

• Monitor customer accounts closely, taking appropriate action when necessary

• Maintain customer credit records, ensuring they are accurate and current

• Process customer credit applications, adhering to company policies and standards

• Work in a high-volume call center, handling large number of calls daily

• Navigate through various call center software, updating customer information as needed.

Requirements • Proficiency in B2B collections

• Experience in Collections - Commercial

• Ability to manage Commercial Collections

• Demonstrated expertise in Collections management

• Proficient in Credit - Collections

• Previous experience in a Call Center

• Strong Call Center Customer Service skills

• Ability to thrive in a Fast Paced Call Center environment

• Experience in High Volume Call Center operations
