Description We are searching for a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team in the service industry, specifically located in HOLLAND NT, Ohio, United States. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity where you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and managing B2B collections in a fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle commercial collections and credit collections activities

• Process and manage high volumes of customer calls in a fast-paced environment

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer credit records

• Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

• Implement collections management best practices to ensure efficient operations

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed

• Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth running of operations. Requirements • Proficiency in B2B collections

• Experience in Collections - Commercial

• Expertise in Commercial Collections

• Strong skills in Collections management

• Knowledge in Credit - Collections

• Experience working in a Call Center

• Ability to provide excellent Call Center Customer Service

• Comfortable working in a Fast Paced Call Center

• Ability to handle High Volume Call Center tasks.
