Description

We are looking for candidates for a long-term contract role for our client located in Holland Ohio! This role is for a Collections Specialist, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be integral in managing and collecting outstanding commercial accounts receivable debts from clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial clients and oversee their outstanding payments

• Execute effective B2B collections strategies to optimize payment recovery

• Utilize your skills in commercial collections to negotiate payment plans and settlements

• Work within a high-volume call center environment, maintaining professionalism and customer service at all times

• Update and maintain accurate credit and collections records in the company's database

• Collaborate with the team to review and monitor customer credit accounts

• Identify delinquent accounts and ensure appropriate action is taken to collect payment

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding their credit accounts, resolving any issues promptly

• Work closely with other teams to ensure collections management processes align with overall company objectives

• Maintain a fast-paced work environment by effectively managing your tasks and time.

Requirements • Proficient in B2B collections

• Experienced in commercial collections and collections management

• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment

• Comfortable handling high volume call center tasks

• Knowledgeable in credit collections

• Excellent customer service skills, particularly within a call center setting

• Proven ability to efficiently manage collections in the service industry

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to interpret and apply industry regulations related to collections

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with collections software and related technologies.

• Demonstrated integrity and respect for confidential information.

• Ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
