Staffing, Inc Manufacturing Programmer/Nester in Holland, Michigan
Staffing Inc. is partnered with a great company in Norton Shores, MI, who is looking for a Manufacturing Programmer/Nester. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking candidate with a good eye for detail. Perform daily duties on the computer preparing jobs digitally working in Salvagnini OPS, Salvagnini Edit P2 & Cincinnati Break software. Organizing parts for lasers cutting to optimize the use of full sheets of steel to cut down on waste, as well as helping with the Bending programming and working closely with Engineering.

Manufacturing Programmer/Nester Responsibilities:
- Prepare jobs digitally, working in Salvagnini OPS, Salvagnini Edit P2, and Cincinnati Break software
- Organize parts for laser cutting to minimize waste and optimize use of full sheets of steel
- Help with the Bending programming and Engineering
Manufacturing Programmer/Nester Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline preferred.
- Associate's degree plus equivalent experience may be considered
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field and/or degree in computer software.
- Salvagnini OPS, Salvagnini Edit P2 & Cincinnati Bend simulation & Unfold software experience highly desired
- Strong organizational and time management skills required.
- Knowledge/experience in Solidworks/ePDM a plus
- Ability to work closely and follow instructions and written processes.
- Quick paced, while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Good verbal and written communication
- Good computer skills
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to apply principles of logical thinking of a wide range of practical problems.
- Work independently and make independent solutions.
- High-level of visual awareness
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, and lift up to 60 lbs.
- Pass background check/drug screen
- Great attendance and positive attitude
- Flexible and team player
- Work in a Hot environment
- Work Overtime, Weekends and or Holidays
