Job Description:\ The Global Supply Chain Operations Finance Analyst Accelerated Development Program is a relocatable rotational program that provides participants the appropriate training and learning experiences that will prepare them for their first career position within the Company.\ Major Tasks Include:\ Assisting with the Annual Operating Budget\ Reviewing books and closing site books\ Physical inventory and daily reviews for the variance detail tracking report\ Analyzing manufacturing costs and transfer pricing\ Assigned special projects by Leadership teams\ Monthly P&L summaries for anomalies\ Investigations and opportunity to report findings to management\ Completing an overview of the operations within a paint plant, a specialty plant and a distribution service center (warehouse)\ Completing a total Supply Chain overview (from product concept to finished product) through online modules\ Completing Transactional Lean, Accelerated Root Cause, Standard Work, and Six Sigma Training\ OUR MUST HAVES- Hit apply if you meet all of them!\ Basic Qualifications:\ Must have a Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited institution, prior to starting to position.\ Must be willing to relocate to any location listed for the position and upon completion of the program.\ Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.80\ Must be at least 18 years of age\ Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
