Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Hoffman Estates, IL.

Job Role and Responsibility: Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments. Drive moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments. Contribute to large scale planning of strategies. Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures. Resolve moderately complex issues and drive team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals. Drive projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.

Required Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software engineering experience. Employer will accept a 3 year or 4 year Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience with JSON

• Experience with REST

• Experience with C++

• Experience with Jenkins

• Experience with Software Development, including front-end design, development, and release skills

• Experience with SQL stored procedures

• Experience with .NET Frameworks such as ASP.NET

• Knowledge of financial industry, inventory finance

• Experience on Collections and Reporting products
