Join us as our new Commercial Development Manager… In our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to expand the new Human Milk Oligosaccharides (HMO) category globally, work across functions and especially with our sales team to support our customers.

Our team is located across Germany and Denmark and you will be reporting to the Head of Commercial Development and Marketing who is based in Germany.

In this role you’ll make an impact by… In your role, you will be responsible for market insights generation around HMOs, analyzing relevant data, developing your own reports and preparation for management. You will apply your growing market insights to the development of new categories for HMOs, market expansion and new innovative product development.

Next to market assessment, you will be responsible for preparing and conducting customer workshops.

As the role is very cross-functional, you will be working with various departments locally and at our global locations, therefore you are comfortable working and communicating in English. To succeed you must hold… A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar commercial area and have 3 years work experience - preferably in B2B and/or Nutrition or consulting.

You bring high analytical skills, experience in project management, market insights, and/or commercial development, such as development of new concepts.

You have interest in, and basic understanding of, scientific processes supporting you in your daily work. Further, you have strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills in an international organization.

Personally, you are a self-driven, energetic and pragmatic team player. You have an affinity for working in high-paced, dynamic environment.
