What you'll do...

Senior Manager, Operations - Onboarding and Channel Partnerships

Do you enjoy interfacing with Sellers and addressing their challenges through productized solutions? Do you like building teams and leading people?

The Senior Manager, Operations - Onboarding and Channel Partnerships will first and foremost lead the Onboarding Operations team. This involves setting the strategy, the goals to achieve that strategy, and the KPIs to keep the team accountable and highlight any process inefficiencies. You will also be the pioneer in establishing how we Onboard Channel Partners and subsequent sellers coming through these partnerships. This is a very strategic piece of our program we are building out and leadership in this space is critical to ensure its success. You'll work cross-functionally to support our various stakeholders in improving Onboarding, providing visibility into our pipeline, and driving efficiencies where needed.

You'll sweep us off our feet if...

  • You have experience working with Channel Partners, testing their technical capabilities with product support, and understand the dynamics to Onboard their Sellers]

  • You enjoy leading a team, and can set data-driven goals and KPIs to motivate others

  • You're familiar with data and CRM tools such as Tableau, Salesforce

You'll make an impact by:

  • Driving efficiencies in Onboarding execution - Setting KPIs and driving operational rigor with your team to ensure Onboarding is progressing, efficiencies are being highlighted and addressed in a timely manner, and the team feels accountable for their scope.

  • Managing Channel Partnership onboardings - Partner with our tech team to ensure Channel Partners, and their subsequent Sellers, are being Onboarded in a timely manner

  • Leading the LMP Operational team - Ensure your team understands the vision, receives feedback on areas of opportunity, and feels empowered to make timely decisions.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year's supervisory experience.
