Duties: Help the Walmart Connect Marketplace team to streamline communications with Walmart Merchants using key data metrics. Create ad-hoc interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI. Collaborate with heads of industry, industry managers, and team leads to gather data requirements and provide analytical solutions. Gather and clean data and query against millions of rows using BigQuery SQL and Presto SQL to provide quantitative solutions and recommendations. Design and automate merchant scorecards for heads of industries to present Walmart Connect performance with Merchants. Perform data wrangling and automation tasks to map Walmart Vendor and Walmart Advertiser data using Extract Transform Load (ETL) tools, Python, and Tableau. Work cross-functionally with analytics teams within to provide a one-stop solution to stakeholders. Create team wide processes for enhanced data validations, meta data information, new hire documentation, and team capability documentations. This position does not supervise employees.Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Engineering Management, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Engineering Management, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 2 years of experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.Skills required: Experience creating interactive reports using Tableau and PowerBI. Experience querying data through SQL using Big Query and Presto. Experience communicating stories using Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint. Experience understanding and creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to retail, media, sales, and finance. Experience analyzing client and business requirements and communicating solutions effectively. Experience executing data wrangling and data manipulations using SQL, Python, and Microsoft (MS) Excel. Experience creating documentation and building business processes using Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and One Note. Experience with project management using Workfront, JIRA, and ServiceNow. Experience performing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for Data Cleansing tasks using Tableau Prep and PowerBI. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
