Biomedical Social Media student worker - BME FWS Student Administrative Assistant
Office Assistant - BME Social Media assistant under Dr. Sally Shady and Amy Mattare the BME Academic Advisor
Stevens Institute of Technology, 507 River St. McLean Building Suite 108, and various Biomedical Engineering locations, such as classrooms, labs and offices
Biomedical Engineering Department
McLean Suite 108, McLean Building, McLean Teaching Labs, B009-0011 and Gateway North GN 003 Teaching Lab - possibly other campus locations, EXPO
Report to: Dr. Sally Shady, Amy Mattare
Position to be an office assistant in the Biomedical Engineering dept. - helping with the social media campaigns
Act as a vital liaison between the BME Social Media IG and the BME and SES students ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service. Maintain consistency in the BME goals as per Dr. Sally Shady and Academic Advisor, Amy Mattare, take instruction and communicate to expedite task completion. Apply fun and effective strategies to leverage information and communication between the BME students and all the BME department has to offer. Daily or days of work follow up on tasks prescribed or allocated by Dr. Shady or Amy Mattare, or Dr. Jennifer Kang-Mieler, Chair of the Biomedical Engineering Dept.
Interact with professionalism and kindness
Can do attitude or spirit, background in Biomedical Engineering, an interest in social media, photography, writing quips and posting on the BME IG
ASAP- Now, Sept. until the end of April or Beg. of May, end of semester beginning of final exam period or EXPO, 9-9/24 to about 6/15/25
