Paid training, 4-5 weeks. M-F 9:30-5:30 EST
Hours of Operation:
Must be open to working an eight hour shift, 5 days a week, between Sun - Sat. 8:00AM to 11:00PM EST

Job Description:
The Remote Customer Service Representative, works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet.
You will be handling inbound calls from patients, answering questions about their medical benefits.
