UL, LLC Strategic Accounts Manager in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

  • Identifies customer trends and opportunities, influencing UL's Alpha strategy by communicating these insights to leadership.

  • Builds and sustains executive relationships, ensuring continuity with buying centers and expanding networks within strategic accounts.

  • Maintains industry connections to anticipate market shifts and secures renewals while identifying cross-sell opportunities.

  • Establishes UL as a trusted partner by offering integrated, multi-product solutions that address complex client needs.

  • Recognizes account growth potential and collaborates with specialized UL resources across business units as needed.

  • Participates in quarterly business reviews to update account plans and improve sales execution.

  • Leverages relevant sales expertise to close deals and support post-sales activities, ensuring alignment across sales teams for technical and regional needs.

  • Coordinates with new account executives and inbound leads, facilitating seamless transitions to customer success and fulfillment teams.

  • Adheres to the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and security practices.

  • Performs additional duties as required.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field with minimum 7+ years of related sales experience and/or demonstrated account management capability.

  • Proficiency in digital account planning tools.

  • Experience as a sales leader in sales of testing/inspection/certification (TIC) services, software products, and advisory offerings.

  • Proven ability to manage and sell into large, diverse accounts, both individually and with the assistance of supporting personnel.
