Abbott Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1, Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will conduct and implement recruiting and partner closely with Business Human Resources team, Functional departments’ hiring managers to support all the assigned divisions. This includes but is not limited to:

✓ Reporting directly to: Talent Acquisition Manager

✓ Subordinate: NA

✓ High frequency of interaction: Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, Admin…

✓ Working location: 18 Luy Ban Bich Street, Tan Thoi Hoa ward, Tan Phu dist., HCM city.

2, Key Responsibilities:

  • Screening CVs and maintaining application files of external applicants, Scheduling and conducting interview with candidates

  • Lead the creation of a recruiting & interviewing plan for the open positions, efficiently & effectively implement hiring process to control quality of hire.

  • Ensuring that recruiting activities are in compliance with government regulations and organization policies, procedures.

  • Organizing and participating in recruitment events to enhance Abbott’s brand through job fairs, career days, university relation activities, school visits.

  • Supporting Talent Acquisition Manager to maintain good relationship with vendor and outside channels on recruitment.

  • To implement an Information System to well manage all recruitment and candidates data/information in order to make work been effective and efficient.

  • Gathering, reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of requisition forms submitted by hiring managers.

  • Developing & Implementing global Talent Acquisition projects as assignment

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 to 3-year relevant experience in recruitment/TA role in pharma/FMCG/nutrition/consulting industry

  • Experience in working in a dynamic business with closely interactions with business functions and & external partners/suppliers

Core Skill Requirement:

  • Hands on all hiring process. Integrates recruitment activities to meet the business goals.

  • Excellent time management skills, be able to work under pressure to meet multiple deadlines.

  • Ensures all recruitment KPI to be accomplished as per plan

  • Understands & updates the labor market trends to support for recruitment purpose

  • Strong communication skill

  • Skilled communicator with well-developed verbal, written and presentation ability. Strong Analytical Skill, Logical thinking. Good sense of numbers
