Microsoft Corporation Senior Product Manager in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

We are the M365 Asia Pacific Service Delivery Platform team, owning experimentation and configuration platform that is used by 1000s of services within Microsoft with the highest reliability, high availability and provides safety guard rails to all our services as they rollout new changes.

You will work with cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, designers across the world to shape the large-scale enterprise grade product which aims to offer the best user experience with optimized safety and agility.

Responsibilities

• Take the initiative to learn, collect, examine, prioritize customer scenarios, product requirements, feedbacks, and help to set the We are looking for a PM who:

• Communicate clearly to stakeholders, leadership team, and teams across divisions and geolocations on plans and changes as one-team.

• Proactively spot and initiate opportunities for new areas with growth mindset and innovation.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in technical discipline (CS, EE, Math, IS or other related) and 5+ years of IT industry experience with proven history of developing and delivering software or services.

• A minimum of 3 years of previous product/program management or engineering experience.

• Experience working with diverse teams across different domains.

• Coordinates and collaborates well with multiple partners in different time zones, with excellent verbal and skills in English.

• Proven track record in dealing with ambiguity, problem solving, self-driving to get things done.

• Demonstrated teamwork skills that require influencing peers and leaders to adopt best practices and align to engineering goals.
