Manage & Create Structural Heart and Aortic (SHA) strategy for IDC (Indochina which included Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos) for a total revenue of $5m using sales data and market insights. The strategy will include channel management optimization, team training development, productivity analysis

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Generate strategies to maximizes cross-OUs synergies within Vietnam and within Indochina

• Propose 5 years long-term growth initiatives for SHA IDC (channel management optimization, strategic partnerships)

• Seek alignment and co-validate strategies with SHA Managers and Marketing Sr. Manager

• Analyze trends to provide market insights to provide hospital segmentation (tender process update, pricing regulations)

• Identify and facilitate execution on growth opportunities together with Sales team

• Make pricing recommendations to foster adoption of those therapies

• Consolidate tender information to update Tender Tracking Tool

• Act as a liaison between sales and marketing when necessary.

• Acts as primary contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with key stakeholders to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Must Have

Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through education combined with broad sales experience.

Career-level sales representatives, who are fully qualified, experienced professionals.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and complete knowledge of company products and services.

Your Profile

• Proven performance record in sales management, strategy and demonstrate deep understanding of the sales environment in Vietnam and CML (Cambodia Myanmar Laos)

• Solid capabilities in Strategy, Sales, Market development and data analytics

• Preferably Master’s degree and experience in healthcare & Medical devices.

• Familiarity with Cardiac Vascular Portfolio – managing similar products is an asset

• Very good command of English

• Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Word, Excel
