Responsibilities:

• SDLC working flow.

• Clearly understand the business product, join grooming specifications, and identify missing user stories, and brainstorm negative cases with stakeholders.

• Write and maintain a well-structured test plan for every feature depending on the test case formatting.

• Detect bugs before and after feature release, log bugs, then follow up with all stakeholders for bug fixing timeline (including incident handling workflow).

• Maintain all QA documents in the squad team.

• Conduct testing sessions along with self-exploratory testing sessions, and report result with stakeholders.

• Be proactive in leading yourself and controlling your own tasks during sprint to match with squad sprint goals and QA team goals.

• Ownership mindset.

Requirements:

• Min 1 year of experience in testing web applications and mobile applications with an Agile model.

• Min 1 year of experience in SDLC working flow.

• Min 1 year of experience with SQL.

• Strong ability in analyzing requirements and brainstorm ideas to break down test cases

(positive, negative, exceptions, etc...).

• Responsible and ownership QA mindset. Effective teamwork and Self-organisation

• English intermediate level (TOEIC > 650)
