We, the CPIT Client Service team is to deliver best in class employee workplace and collaboration experience, enriched by world-class support services, AI and cloud solutions to boost SAP employee's productivity.

What you'll do

Manage and Maintain Labs Vietnam IT infrastructure

Provide on-site IT support to SAP employees

Provide technical support to development project

Provide support for local events

Set up new offices or manage office relocations as required

Participate in global/regional IT projects

Contributing to the rollout and implementation of new technologies and services.

Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with colleagues.

What you bring

3 years of IT support experience

Experience in office setup or relocation

Qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Strong understanding of Windows and macOS

In-depth knowledge of PC hardware (laptops, desktops) Familiar with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.

Basic IT security knowledge (data leakage, phishing, vulnerabilities, patching)

Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, cabling, LAN, Wireless, WAN, VPN) ITIL Foundation certification preferred

Exceptional customer focus and communication Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Systematic, communicative, creative approach

Strong teamwork spirit

Fluency in spoken and written English
