ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Complete required learning courses and meet L&D competencies as a EIT.
• Prepare the logistics and administrative tasks related to training sessions.
• Conduct assigned classroom orientations and assigned training topic.
• Apply adult learning principles to enhance the effectiveness of training.
• Schedule, monitor, and support L&D programs, as well as ad hoc activities and events.
• Connect course content to real-world job tasks, ensuring the development of relevant competencies.
• Provide timely feedback to management regarding performance gaps.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using various measurement methods.
• Achieve high satisfaction ratings for assigned training sessions.
• Continuously develop and demonstrate strong instructional skills.
• Maintain accurate training records in the training database.
• Attend all required functional or departmental meetings.
• Maintain a satisfactory performance appraisal rating.
• Adhere to all company procedures.
• Take on additional projects or tasks as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Good communication skill.
Excellent at English skill (4 modules)

• Preferably, ability to leverage MS Office platforms (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.) to enhance and innovate the training experience.
• Strong design competencies are preferred.
