Are you passionate about driving eCommerce success and optimizing online visibility? As our Digital Shelf Management expert at Sanofi Consumer Healthcare , you will play a crucial role in maximizing the digital presence and sales performance of our products across various eCommerce platforms. You will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance product listings, improve search rankings, and drive customer engagement and sales uplift. This role requires a deep understanding of eCommerce, consumer behavior, and digital media strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams globally and locally.

You will be leading the efforts to ensure our digital shelves are optimized, delivering growth and increasing market share by managing product content, improving search performance, and maintaining a competitive edge in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) landscape.

Main responsibilities:

  • Optimize Digital Shelf Presence: Lead the development of content, assortment placement, and activation strategies to improve the digital shelf performance of our products on eRetailers' websites, ensuring alignment with global guidelines while adapting to local markets.

  • Manage Product Listings: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of product listings, adhering to platform-specific guidelines, and conducting regular audits to enhance product discoverability and customer satisfaction.

  • Drive Content Optimization: Collaborate with marketing, product management, and sales teams to optimize product content based on customer insights, market trends, and eCommerce best practices.

  • Improve Search Performance: Utilize keyword research and SEO techniques to improve search rankings and visibility, ultimately driving traffic and conversions.

  • Analyze Performance: Use the Digital Shelf Tool (Profitero) to monitor performance, analyze competitor activities, and identify opportunities for optimization and differentiation.

  • Localize Content: Work closely with global teams to localize and enhance product imagery, videos, descriptions, and other digital assets to effectively communicate product benefits.

  • Training and Development: Become the expert of the digital shelf tool locally, training teams across the organization and providing actionable insights for continued growth and improvement.

  • Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our digital shelf strategies remain competitive.

About you

  • Education and Experience: Graduate degree in marketing or management is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or similar roles, particularly in FMCG sectors such as personal care or cosmetics. Experience in regional or global functions is highly valued.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of eCommerce content management, consumer behavior, and digital shelf optimization, with a focus on driving growth and visibility.

  • Core Competencies: Proven leadership in cross-functional collaboration, excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, and a high degree of personal accountability.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
