JOB PURPOSE

  • B&W Vietnam dCommerce Lead d rives growth in dCom for total B&W Vietnam through Digitally Influenced Purchases e.g., Affiliate Marketing, Live Selling, Shopping Events, Digital Selling Capabilities (ex. BeauTech in-store).

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as Content champion to send the right requirements about dcom content (7OA, CPAS, Affiliate content , B & W store SIS , B & W campaigns , onsite banners, promotion HI. ...) to Brand Lead for creation and co-work with CSP and CBD for content deployment

  • Fully in charge of Affiliate & liveselling model from searchi ng and managing the MCNs t o fully deploy the content execution and deliver monthly GMV targets

  • Be responsible for calendar creation and quality control of LSA, VSA, PSA and all shopping events esp . On T ik T ok S hop 1UL hub and brand hub to deliver the target ambition

  • Co-work with Media Performance PIC to ensure the live optimization for content adjustment and budget manageme nt

  • Co-work with CBD and CSP to create and deploy thematic Campaigns for Mega, SBD, Brand Day

  • Take charge of full e2e tiktokshop model

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

    Experience

  • At least 2 years experience in d C om content lead in any category/ industry

  • Hands on experience in Affiliate Marketing, Dealing with MCNs and KOLs/KOCs for GMV creation and deployment

  • Experience in media performance review and optimization

  • Hands on experience with d C om performance & optimization with budget manag e ment skill

  • Prefer background from commercial team of P ureplay

    Skills

  • Influencing skill – this talent is focused on briefing needs of content with Content lead team and co-work with CSP, CBD for dep loying content and Media & Data lead for optimization of content across consumer journey-driven strategy and conversion

  • Project /Network management – PIC has hands-on experience managing agencies to create and deploy Affiliate MKT , managing with clear process view to operate in synce with S&OP

  • Stakeholder Management – many interface – DC team, CSP, CBD, Customers, Procurement.... that needs flexibile stakehoder management style in effective way to adapt with agile wow of dcom .
