: QHSE Trainer
Reporting
: Training Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QHSE Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that ensure compliance, promote safety awareness, and support our organization's quality and environmental standards.
Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
Development and Delivery of Training Programs:
• Design and implement both public and in-house training programs related to QHSE management systems.
• Conduct training sessions in offline, online, or hybrid formats.
• Develop training outlines, materials, presentations, and instructional guides.
Program Evaluation and Support:
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Address client inquiries related to the certification process.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest QHSE regulations, standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and industry best practices.
Strategic Contributions:
• Provide guidance to management on training and development strategies.
• Identify and support opportunities for cross-selling Bureau Veritas services as needed.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Training Manager.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure adherence to the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics, and BV Group’s policies and procedures.
Candidate Profile
Education and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Certificate as a QHSE Lead Auditor (IRCA certified) is required.
• Background in Social and Sustainability standards is preferred.
Experience:
• 3–5 years of experience in QHSE training and auditing.
• Strong understanding of local and international QHSE regulations and standards.
Skills:
• Expertise in developing and delivering training content using various methods (mentoring, coaching, in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.).
• Proficiency in training management systems and advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and planning abilities.
Technical and professional skills
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to various training styles (offline, online, hybrid)
Adaptable to different training styles (offline, online and hybrid)
Capable of working in various workplace environments
Occasional travel between company sites may be required
