POSITION
PURPOSE:
Supports the Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations by assisting with crew functions, staffing, training, development and to achieve the mission statement: *To Profitably Provide Consistently Good Food and Great Service. *

Coordinates preparation and delivery of pizza products by ensuring all menu items are made to GPI specifications.
Informs manager of low product
levels.
Supervises and performs ingredient preparation according to established par levels and projected sales.
Ensure that each guest receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging each guest, maintaining outstanding standards and having solid product knowledge to answer questions.
Supports a clean, well-maintained restaurant through use of systems
provided.
Supports authorized promotions according to GPI plan and standards. Maintains positive community relations. Supports and executes all catering orders during shift.
