Erickson Living Philanthropy Manager in Hingham, Massachusetts

Linden Ponds is a beautiful 108-acre continuing care retirement community located just 24 miles from Boston on the South Shore in Hingham, Massachusetts. We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.

We are hiring a Philanthropy Manager to join our team. This position will provide leadership for the creation of strategic fund development initiatives within the community.

How you will make an impact:

  • Working with the Executive Director to prepare a detailed fundraising plan with attainable goals.

  • Developing and implementing strategies to cultivate, solicit and provide stewardship for the community.

  • Strategically growing the prospective donor base through networking in the community.

  • Planning and coordinating fund drives to support strategic goals.

  • Conducting outreach to the community to cultivate relationships with local business, civic and social groups.

  • Creating public relations materials and collateral materials to enhance the reputation and vision of the community.

Compensation: starting at $70,000 annually commensurate with experience

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience preferred.

  • Working knowledge of all areas of fundraising, including annual and planned giving.

  • Strong background in senior services or health care preferred.
