Job Summary: BrightStar Care of Hilton Head is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Geriatric (CG) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team on a part time basis. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for providing care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. This is an hourly healthcare/medical job in the franchise industry. Compensation & Benefits: We offer competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications. We offer a referral program Responsibilities: - Perform personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting - Assist with mobility and transferring of clients - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks - Follow care plans and document care provided - Communicate effectively with clients, and the care team - Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients Requirements: - Active CNA, CG or PCA certification in the state of South Carolina - Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience - Ability to pass a background check and drug screen - Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and follow instructions - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Willingness to learn and attend ongoing training sessions EEOC Statement: BrightStar Care is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
