Kuehne+Nagel QuickSTAT Air Logistics Healthcare Customer Care Specialist in Hillsborough, North Carolina

Would you like to launch your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at QuickSTAT, our Hillsborough site is looking for a new Air Logistics Healthcare Customer Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team.

Your Role

Develop and maintain relationships with clients Provide shipment-specific processing and timely communication of order updates.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with main clients

  • Run daily activity reports and maintain overall awareness of live shipments

  • Complete and send client reports

  • Provide shipment specific updates where required

  • Escalate all client issues to the QuickSTAT management team and applicable Business Development account Manager

  • Report to Regional Director of Operations

  • Schedule: Standard shift between the hours of 7am-7pm (please note that this is a 24/7/365 facility and flexibility to work any shift is required.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service experience

  • 1+ years of experience working in an office environment
