Scheduled Weekly Hours:24 What\'s Available: Part-time, 24 hours weekly (0.6 FTE). Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 10 pm to 6 am (8-hour shifts). Weekend Incentive pay of 33.33% above base pay. Starting base pay of \$37.08/hour and up, based on your years of experience. What You\'ll Need: A minimum of an Associate\'s degree in Nursing. Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers. ACLS, PALS, and TNCC within 6 months of hire. Current Wisconsin State Nursing License. Job Description: Major Responsibilities: Assessment: Systematically and holistically assesses the patient\'s physiological, emotional, sociocultural, spiritual, and financial status while considering lifestyle preferences and learning needs. Planning: Collaborates with patients, families, and health care professionals to develop a patientcentered plan of care to promote health and optimize wellness. Intervention: Provides competent and innovative patient care and education based on patient complexity, acuity, and nursing judgment within a culture of caring and safety. 4 Documentation: Documents nursing assessment, planning, interventions, implementation, and patient/family response. Evaluation: Determines patient\'s progress toward achieving goal(s), and revises plan of care in collaboration with patient/family as needed.
