A large Credit Union based out of the Hillsboro, Oregon area is interested in hiring representatives to their Sales and Service team in a Permanent + Long Term Opportunity! This position will be located onsite in Hillsboro Oregon. The team is interested in candidates with experience in Financial Customer Service or Sales roles.

Description:

• Support inbound calls from members and perform financial transactions

• Proactively identify and recommend the best products and services for members' needs

• Maintain knowledge of services such as insurance, investments, and mortgage

• Provide 5-star customer service to all members and create a lasting impression

• Meet quarterly metrics and service objectives, along with meeting quarterly sales goals

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role required

• Ability to listen to member needs and suggest appropriate financial products tailored to their needs

• Possess excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, overcome objections, and understand member concerns
