WorkSource Oregon Commissions Manager - Business Transformation (7727) in Hillsboro, Oregon

Location - Greensboro, Richardson, Hillsboro - Hybrid Job Overview: As the Manager of Commissions, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and management of commission structures for our external sales representatives. You will ensure that commission plans are accurate, effective, and aligned with Qorvo\'s strategic goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in the successful rollout of the Vistex system and in fostering strong relationships with our sales partners. Responsibilities: Facilitate the continuing implementation and rollout of the Vistex (Channel Data Management system), ensuring a seamless transition and alignment with business objectives. Oversee and enhance the management and tracking of Sales Rep commission plans within Qorvo systems, ensuring all plans are accurate and reflect agreed terms. Ensure commission plans are comprehensive, containing all necessary details, and manage the approval process through efficient workflow systems. Conduct regular audits on the accuracy of sales rep commission plans and payments, providing detailed analysis on commission requests and their impact on the business. Maintain effective communication and build strong relationships with external rep partners and internal sales teams to align strategies and resolve any issues swiftly. Commit to exceptional service by proactively addressing the needs of both internal and external customers, striving to exceed expectations in all interactions. Develop and refine commission-related policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance. Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong analytical skills. 4+ years of experience Bachelor\'s Degree Soft Skills: Exceptional listening and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and adept at time management. Flexible in work schedule to meet the dynamic needs of the business. High customer focus with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Additional Expectations: Provide leadership and direction to the commissions team, fostering an environment of accountability and growth. Engage in strategic planning with senior management to align commission strategies with overall business objectives.
