Insight Global is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our nuclear hardness team for an exciting opportunity to work on a unique government contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to support an active test launch program with a team of subject matter experts. The advancement of technical skills and analysis capabilities are emphasized while producing high-quality products and effectively supporting the government customers. This position will Serve as lead of the FDE Operational Test Launch Support Subgroup, generate pre-launch documents and briefings for each Operational Test Launch, interface with AFNWC and AFGSC customers during launch preparation activities, and coordinate FDE launch night support activities.

Skills and Requirements

* 12+ years of experience

* Test analysis experience

* Project leadership experience

* Technical writing and presentation skills

* Bachelor of Science in an Engineering field, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or Software from an ABET accredited program

* Ability to sit on-site at Hill AFB in Clearfield, UT

* Active Secret Or Top Secret Clearance * Matlab, C, C++ or other programming languages

* Python, Fortran, Ada programming languages

* Kalman Filter experience

* Statistics experience null
