PREMIUM PRODUCTION OF UTAH LLC Manufacturing Document Control Specialist in HILDALE, Utah

Located in Hildale and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Manufacturing Document Control Specialist. You will accurately document our manufacturing records.
What you will do:
- Consistently check and log documents with accurate information
- Log batch record information according to quality management SOPs
- Ensure timely submission of accurate batch records
- Investigate and correct inaccuracies in batch records
- Collect retain samples hourly per FDA regulations
- Stay updated, understand, and follow FDA regulations
Train team members to understand and comply with FDA regulations as needed
What we prefer you to bring:
- Collaboration, communication, and listening skills
- A strong work ethic
- A professional and detail oriented approach
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with cGMP, GDP, FDA, USDA standards
- 1+ years of experience in a batch record/documentation role or similar
1+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnical, or manufacturing role
What you must bring:
- Strong organizational skills
Proficient computer skills
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
