Overview: Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for an ERP Administrator in Hilbert, WI. This is a full-time permanent opportunity that offers outstanding benefits and bonus. Responsibilities: Own incidents and carry out investigations to support the root cause analysis. Liaise with support management providing feedback and updates on issues and customer escalations. Administer and maintain Dynamics SL 2018, Liaison Messenger, SPS eCommerce Connector. Montor the interface between Dynamics SL and High Jump (WMS). Provide operations and project support for the Dynamis SL. Work with Business Units to maintain environments by upgrading to the latest version software. Work with Application support of project activities by installing/upgrading related ERP products and third parties on the test environments. Work with internal teams and 3rd party support companies. Continual self-development to improve product knowledge. Maintain technical documentation, installs, manuals and runbooks. Ensure SLA and KPI targets are achieved. Experience with SQL, REST, IIS. Experience in Dynamics SL 2018. Familiar with Agile and Scrum/Kanban methodologies and practices. Knowledge in software development processes, models, lifecycles, and methodologies. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud Services. Familiar with Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory.
