Wildcat Cliffs Country Club in beautiful Highlands, NC is seeking a FT Sous Chef
DUTIES:
Assist and support the Executive Chef in supervising food production for all food operations, banquet events and other functions. Prepares and supervises kitchen staff responsible for the daily preparation of soups, sauces, and specials to ensure that methods of cooking, garnishing and portion-sizing are as prescribed by clubs standard recipes. Make sure restaurant meets cleanliness and food safety requirements. Assist in training kitchen staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 2 years experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience as a cook.
