[Landscape Laborer. 9 temporary, full-time positions.04/01/2025 to 11/30/2025. Aldo Tenuta, Inc.DBA Tenuta Landscape located at 895 Half Day Rd, Highland Park, IL 60035. Email: alex@tenutalandscape.com.Duties: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, including: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, power-washing, and leaf-collecting. May occasionally assist with installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry units.40 hours per week.8-hour workday.MonFri 8am to 4:30 pm.10 hours of OT possible.No minimum education required.No minimum experience is required.Daily transportation provided by the employer to worksitesin the following counties:Lake and Cook counties.Wage: \$20.89/hr;OT Wage: \$31.34/hr. Workers paid weekly. On the job training provided. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation, at the companys sole discretion, based on individual factors including work performance, skill and tenure. Single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the workers paycheck required by law will be made. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence provided at a rate of at least \$15.88/day during travel to a maximum of \$59/day with receipts.
