Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Judgment, tact, and diplomacy to effectively resolve conflicts
Intermediate PC skills - ability to use basic word processing and spreadsheet software for internal communications and data analysis. A working knowledge of Google applications is preferred.

Skills and Qualifications:
Fluent in English
Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
Basic computer skills
At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
Basic writing skills
High School diploma (or equivalent)
Proficient in math and financial management
Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
In addition to adhering to the Crew Member job description, Assistant Managers are responsible for the daily operations in the restaurant, including coaching Crew Members and Shift Leaders throughout their shifts to execute Dunkin' Donuts operational standards and deliver a great guest experience.
Team Environment:
Talk employees into, through, and out of position on each shift, communicating responsibilities, providing feedback, and recognizing achievements in a respectful manner. Deploy team members appropriately to meet guests' needs and service standards throughout the shift. Support training of Crew Members as directed by the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager. Communicate goals and hold team members accountable for performance during the shift.
Operations Excellence for Guest Satisfaction:
Hold guests as the highest priority and role model exceptional guest service. Drive a sense of urgency through Crew Members to satisfy guests' needs and resolve problems. Reinforce the use of systems, tools, and procedures throughout the shift while taking appropriate steps to correct deficiencies
