CNC Maintenance 2nd Shift Available!

Hours: 2nd shift hours are Mon-Thurs 3:00pm-1:20am, and Friday

CNC Maintenance Tech

What you will need:

• Blueprint reading

• Experience using inspection equipment, tool changes, offset changes, boring bars, and indicators.

• Basic CNC programming.

• Experience with Recovery process for E-Stop and/or machine crash conditions.

What you will do:

• Change CNC tooling as necessary in Mills and Lathes.

• Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned CNC equipment, plan for and take corrective action.

• Measuring product for quality specifications, using inspection gauges and instruments.

• Solve dimensional problems as needed.

• Lead efforts to consistently and continuously improve productivity, quality and safety.

• Recover and repair crashed machinery, run and check parts for dimensions

• Use Company Lock-out/Tag-out procedures.

• Improve cycle times by 50%.

• Repair fixtures, hydraulics, drill heads, gears, bearings, bushings and general department maintenance.

• Replace all department drills, endmills, taps, boring bars, and facemills.

• Basic CNC Programming.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $32.00 per hour
