Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Hicksville, New York. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling all inquiries and ensuring that our records are kept up-to-date and accurate.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with customers through both inbound and outbound calls

• Provide high-quality customer service within a call center environment

• Accurately enter customer orders into our system

• Maintain customer records using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Process and respond to email correspondence from customers in a timely manner

• Schedule necessary appointments for customers

• Oversee customer accounts and implement appropriate actions when required

• Support efficient data entry related to all customer interactions

• Handle customer credit applications with precision and efficiency

• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating a courteous and detail-oriented demeanor at all times

• Previous experience in a call center customer service role is preferred

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively

• Data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and speed

• Ability to manage email correspondence in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with the ability to learn new software quickly

• Experience in order entry, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

• Ability to schedule appointments, ensuring optimal time management for all parties
