  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated ability to leverage complex formulas and functions.

  • Keen attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with accounting principles and invoice processing systems is a plus.

salary: $55,000 - $68,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit professional etiquette and communicate with clients, vendors and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner verbally and in writing.Accurately produce invoices using Excel.

  • Professionally greet clients, vendors, and consultants upon arrival to the office.

  • Be willing to learn and understand the firm's current systems, practices, and procedures.

  • Possess analytical skills required to perform administrative tasks accurately and promptly.

  • Have advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite

  • Be able to organize the material library by category. Contact vendors to update the library on a regular basis.

  • Be able to inventory existing office supplies and restock supplies as needed.

  • Answering the phone in a professional manner. Office duties include copying, scanning, creating mailing labels, receiving and sending packages, typing forms and letters.
