We are now making an important investment to support the development of our finance team with an Analyst External Financial Reporting vacancy. This position is a great opportunity for someone with big four audit experience who wants to enter a rapid growing and dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the preparation of (consolidated) financial statements including and other external reports.

• Review the consolidation and prepare GAAP adjustments for local entities in order to be compliant with Dutch GAAP.

• Be involved in more complex accounting topics like valuations, tax related matters and acquisitions.

• Be involved in the process of some other financial statements of certain components of Lineage in The Netherlands.

• Manage all communications on statutory compliance matters and timelines including owning the statutory reporting calendar.

• Be accountable for identification of differences between US GAAP and local GAAP and ensure proper accounting for these differences.

• Monitor technical accounting, regulatory and financial reporting developments to ensure Lineage maintains compliance with current and developing standards and regulations.

• Manage the relationship with key external parties on behalf of Lineage, including the external auditors, advisors and consultants.

What are we looking for?

• An accounting or Business Economics Degree complemented with a post graduate qualification RA / ACA / CPA or equivalent

• Experience in audit and / or external reporting (Dutch GAAP, and preferred US GAAP)

• 4 to 7 years of relevant accounting and reporting experience, preferably in a corporate accounting department of a multinational company and / or in the 'big four'

• A keen eye for detail and passion for data / reporting integrity and high-quality reports

• The willingness to develop and demonstrate technical expertise in accounting but pragmatic in implementation of (new) accounting standards and policies

• Exceptional organizational, prioritization and planning skills, and keen attention to detail Feel energized by working in a high growth environment
