The Continuous Improvement Coordinator (CIC) is responsible for promoting a culture of continuous improvement (CI) in alignment with the vision of Schows Truck Center and (DTNA) Elite Support. The CIC will maintain Elite Support and safety requirements through personal effectiveness, problem-solving, training, coaching, and change management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\ -Develop recommendations for Schows Inc.s leadership to support attainment of goals and\ requirements and sustainment of continuous improvement.\ -Individually complete defined/assigned project as needed.\ -Provide coaching and mentoring to process owners, leaders and individuals using defined tools\ and techniques that will help realize gains associated with process improvement.\ -Plans and leads change by creating action plans for effectively implementing a business\ initiative.\ -Assist with project identification, selection and prioritization.\ -Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:\ -Five (5) plus years experience.\ -Excellent organization and efficient time management skills.\ -Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.\ -Highly motivated self-starter and detailed oriented.\ -Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing.\ -Works well with others.\ -Must pass a pre-employment drug test.\ -Valid driver\'s license, good driving record and ability to maintain it.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\ -Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 35 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move up to\ 50 lbs.\ -Must be able to perform the following requirements of bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling\ and standing for extended periods of time and able to push/pull with reasonable force.\ -Must be able to work in multiple climates including hot/cold temperatures, wet and/or humid\ conditions and fumes or airborne particles.
