WEST RIVER HEALTH SERVICES Tenant Assistant in HETTINGER, North Dakota
Tenant Assistant - Western Horizons Assisted Living Supplemental - Giving and taking a report. Administer all oral medications and document all routinely prescribed medications in the tenant's chart. Take vital signs. Assist tenants with Bathing, Cooking, Cleaning, Laundry, Activities, etc. CNA, CMH, and CPR. Swing shift: 7 am - 3 pm; 3 pm - 11 pm; and 11 pm - 7 am (Nights, weekends, and holidays) For 12-hour shifts: 7 am - 7 pm and 7 pm - 7am.
Education: Completed a state-approved school of medication administration CMA and passed skills and written test for Certified Nurse's Assistant (CNA)
