Surgical Technologist or LPN Full-Time Position - Recognizes changes in a surgical situation; can respond quickly and appropriately; shows ability in creating and maintaining a sterile field using principles of aseptic technique; initiates corrective action when sterility is broken, able to perform sponge, sharps, and instrument counts accurately and take action if count is not correct.
