JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Stewardship Officer for Four Diamonds works within the Four Diamonds the Development team and is responsible for the oversight and management of the Four Diamonds stewardship program, to include stewardship marketing and communications efforts, special events, and programming related to the stewardship program.
Facilitate the development and implementation of all aspects of the stewardship program for Four Diamonds
Engage in marketing and communications efforts related to stewardship program; may include writing for print and on-line publications
Track deliverables for corporate and foundation sponsors, cause marketing partners, recurring giving programs, and top donors.
P lan, execute and project manage stewardship events, which include but are not limited to: Mini-THON Appreciation Breakfast, THON weekend donor experience, Thank-a-THON event, THON and Mini-THON year-round Tour Program, THON Recognition event
Manage data and processes for timely donor acknowledgement, appreciation and recognition
Participate in the strategic and long-range planning for new initiatives and programs designed to enhance stewardship activities of assigned college or campus
Provide professional guidance and leadership to volunteers and other staff in order to develop and execute strategies and programs
Work collaboratively with partners to maximize stewardship success for the University
Work to engage University partners and community in stewardship activities
Communicate stewardship objectives and the associated responsibilities to the Four Diamonds Executive Director and other internal and external leaders
Plan and coordinate the nomination and selection process for various alumni association and/or scholarship awards
Initiate, plan, and manage programs and special donor events both on and off campus for Four Diamonds
Coordinate endowment management efforts, serve as the Four Diamonds stewardship liaison and participate in the strategic planning process for eSteward, stewardship, and endowment related inquiries
May hire, supervise, train, and direct the work of assigned staff
T his position requires a Bachelor’s Degree or higher, and tree years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position requires the following clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is:
$61,800.00 - $89,600.00
