Job Description

An employer is looking for a Senior Tier 2 Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to join their team. . The NOC provides continuous (24x7x365) monitoring and support and Tier 2 System Administration Monitoring and Support. They will be responsible for providing a single point of contact for end users to receive technical support, request technical services and receive status about existing requests. They will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 services that are critical to the successful operation of a technical support environment as it is the focal point for communication between technical solver groups. The Tier 2 NOC is central to the operational service model and is the focal point for end-to-end service delivery across the service operation lifecycle. They will be working on a team of 15 people between 8 am-8pm EST with 12 hour shifts from designated start time. Schedule will rotate every other week with 3 days or 4 days of work straight.

Skills and Requirements

-Ability to obtain DHS EOD

-HS Diploma

-5 years of NOC experience

-1 years of Linux and Cloud Systems Administration experience -AWS Govcloud experience null
