ManTech TA Operations Manager in Herndon, Virginia
ManTech is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. Preference will be for someone local to the Northern Virginia area who can work in our Herndon, VA office one day per week.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Deliver and deploy processes, systems and tools to support projects and programs
Utilize critical thinking skills, and continuous improvement competencies to recommend and build upon existing processes, procedures and systems technologies
Create, Drive and Manage TA SOP’s, Audit Compliance, Escalation evaluations and adverse action procedures
Execute project initiatives, manage change, communicate effectively, drive talent functional excellence, process improvements and transition new technologies and processes
Manage routines, such as process compliance, weekly touch-base meetings, and sharing of best practices
Develop, own and provide new recruiter assimilation training and support
Manage Talent Acquisition SharePoint and all documents and calendars associated with the SharePoint
Collaborates with TA Leadership on developing and delivering strategic roadmaps and process workflow charts
Ensures that process improvements, policies and operational procedures are documented for Talent Acquisition
Be available to provide support during non-business hours if required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of TA Operations experience. A High School Diploma and 9 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition organization may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree
Demonstrated experience with process design, solution development, and documentation.
Experience with a Candidate Resource Management platform as well as an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Avature and Workday.
Preferred Qualifications:
Corporate and/or search firm progressive experience including passive candidate generation and full life cycle recruiting.
Consultative approach with proven ability to influence others and build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Proficiency with both Google Workspace and MS Office applications
Demonstrates high attention to detail
Strong communication and analytical sills
Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and environments.
Ability to multi-task and follow task to completion
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
