The AWS US Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) Security team is looking for a Program Manager (PM) who is highly motivated and fosters organization across the security domain. This role focuses on managing security aspects of new business initiatives and the contract lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to AWS sales and capture teams. The successful candidate will blend deep security expertise with a strong understanding of business capture and contract management processes to drive successful engagements with internal and external stakeholders. As an individual contributor, you will be pivotal in ensuring security compliance, addressing risks, and driving scalable mechanisms that align with organizational objectives
This is a highly visibility team that solves security challenges for the benefit of ADC mission customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for understanding AWS’ Security and Sales processes and be able to clearly articulate and communicate security requirements to various stakeholder audiences in a variety of forms.

This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Key job responsibilities
Serve as the primary ADC Security contract manager providing guidance and support throughout the business lifecycle, including pre-award, award, and post-award phases.
Partner closely with AWS sales and capture teams to represent US ADC Security, contributing to bid decisions and ensuring alignment with security standards and requirements.
Mechanize security reviews, assessments, and risk escalations to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of the security review.
Develop, implement, and improve mechanisms to ensure seamless integration of security requirements into business capture and contract processes.
Conduct detailed risk assessments and security reviews, identifying potential vulnerabilities, mitigation strategies, and areas for improvement.
Act as an Industrial Security subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to sales teams, capture teams, and other stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and security operations, to align security practices with organizational goals.
Escalate and resolve critical security contract risks, driving timely decision-making and action plans to maintain compliance and customer trust.
Stay current with evolving security standards, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure US ADC Security maintains a cutting-edge posture.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
