Position Title:  Consumer Banking Solutions Support Coordinator Business Unit: Retail Operations Reports To: System Administrator of CRM

Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for working with the System Administrator of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and the Consumer Bank divisions to perform a variety of duties to support the branches and various lines of businesses that are utilizing CRM, WorkForce Optimization (Verint) and the Referral solution.  The incumbent provides the highest quality of customer service to every customer both internal and external.

Primary Responsibilities: Maintains user functionality contained within the setup menus, sets up new users as needed and serves as the first line of support for end users for the Consumer Banking Solutions system. Assists with department documentation, writing procedures, facilitating the small business classified list initiative and participating in continuing education sessions as the system expert. Maintains tasks as outlined by the System Administrator of CRM to support all building, updates and upgrades for CRM and Staffing Solutions. Runs and performs maintenance reports as needed, assists to ensure that the imports run as scheduled from the various third party systems and executes manual lead administration. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned. All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B. Special Skills: Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software MS Word - Intermediate Level MS Excel - Intermediate Level MS PowerPoint - Intermediate Level Associates or BA or BS with 1 year of experience preferred.  Understanding of  banking systems and technology.
