Responsibilities Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the overall administrative clerical and logistic support and services necessary for the internal operation of the division. Assures that accountability is maintained and recorded in accordance with appropriate regulatory guidelines. Establishes and/or adheres to established internal control guidelines. Supervises employees engaged in administrative support related functions. Supervises and directs the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of equipment and supplies. Develops and maintains positive and productive working relationships with key command staff elements, MWR Specialists and supporting organizations. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated ability and experience or education to perform the duties of the position. Pay-Band (NF) Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
